I do think the fact that the shadow only wants boys has to be a hint toward something. I have no idea what, but it’s gotta be something.

GOAT thinks they are serving a higher purpose, they honestly think what the Home Office asks them to do is the right and noble thing. So like so many villains on this show, I don’t think we can just flat out call evil or crazy. (Just give me Tamara’s story already!)

I’m still of the opinion that Tamara is related to RH and Marian, not Wendy. I think Tamara was recruited into the Home Office just like Owen was after Tamara lost her mother Marian to a magical disease because no one hates magic that much without having been affected by it. In last night’s episode, Tamara even called magic poison which I thought might be a hint to the affliction Marian had. If the affliction came back in our world and killed Marian, that might give Tamara sufficient cause to join the Home Office, which is still being run by a member of the Darling family (maybe Dorothy if she’s connected).

You know, I never considered Jane for Lanie. Ever since we learned Freya would be Wendy, it’s been a debate over if Lanie would be Ariel or Tink, but I never thought of Jane. Hmm. If Wendy was the founder of the Home Office (and I am very on board with this idea) she would need to pass it off to someone eventually and her child makes the most sense. Gosh, it could continue down the line to Dorothy even, if at some point the Darlings crossed the ocean and settled in Kansas.
And I agree about Bae and PP. A lot of people took last night as evidence that Bae was never PP, but I really think there were too many coincidences for there not to be a lot more to this story. My current theory is that the Shadow is Pan but Bae will become a reverse Peter who takes all the Lost Boys home.

It would tie up a lot of loose ends if it was the squid ink from Neverland and both Rumple and Regina needed it. It would tie up:
    1) The squid ink story
    2) The certain mermaid comment
    3) The history of Jefferson and Regina (at least some of it)
    4) If Rumple went to NL and Bae found out, it’s the perfect reason for why Bae would flee back to our world.

I agree, I think Emma is going to be responsible for saving the townsfolk but not the town. I think she will be able to send everyone who isn’t going on the JR back to the EF.

Just checked the transcript. Regina never expresses shock about the squid ink. Rumple tells Henry the bedtime story and Regina just listens. I think it’s very possible she already knew about it.

Having her be Ursula would be fantastic–so long as she calls Ariel a poor unfortunate soul at some point. 😆

What if she needed the squid ink for a spell to use against Snow? Almost everything Regina does goes back to her vendetta against Snow.

I forgot we saw Rumple travel himself to a Land Without Color so he himself has definitely used it before (did we ever SEE that door in Jefferson’s hat either? That would mean it’s possible we never saw a door to Neverland too…

Unless the hat didn’t take him there. This is one of the big problems, I think. There is no such thing as a land without magic. Even our land had magic in it, or else the Home Office would be out of a job. So is there a door to our world? The magic in the land w/o color was weak feeble stuff, but yet Rumple got there and later Jefferson with Frankie. So there has to be a door to that land.

What about Tinkerbell or did they say they won’t have one ❓

I think the two leading contenders for Lanie MacNeil’s character are Ariel or Tink. She’s probably going to be one of those.
