Oh good observation Obisgirl! It is the opposite of the Dark Curse.

    Wow, I hope you’re wrong Vampire. 😕

I am very nervous about Rumple right now. He had this fantastic moment of clarity (it seemed) in The Miller’s Daughter and now the sneak peak #5 for Welcome to Storybrooke makes it seem like it was all fake and just a “I’m dying so might as well say something that will make others forgive me.” I’m really bummed out right now about this. His phone call with Belle seemed so genuine and real. I’m trying to tell myself that he’ll be better after the episode Lacey where hopefully true love works some magic.

This sneak peak still really bothers me. But, we don’t know what happens after. This clip is probably from the first 20 mins meaning that for all we know the next 40 mins or so is much better in terms of Rumple. I think Neal has to step up here. I think it’s very telling that he’s not in the room during this scene. But Emma (or Charming or Henry) tell Neal and he has to confront his father. After last week’s heartbreaking scene between Papa and son, they couldn’t let Rumple slide back to this. I knew his road to recovery and redemption was going to be long (potentially series long) but this seems really bad. For a man who spent all that time looking for Bae to turn on his own grandson when he is still trying to win back his son…*sigh*
But maybe I’m trying to rationalize my favorite character. The “wars have costs” line is just so disturbing. He’s hoping Henry’s out of the picture but not by his own hand because that way he is blameless. Neal needs to step in and smack some sense in Rumple. And for the love of heaven, someone tell Rumple that Belle wouldn’t want him acting this way!

“Wars HAVE COSTS?!” Rumple what are you doing?? Come on.

I know you think the Seer is telling you to kill Henry, but dude…last episode you came close to death and managed to make some headway with Bae. Don’t ruin this. Be the best version of yourself, do it for Belle.

    Oooooooooooookay?

Where do I start with this??

Henry is the voice of reason? Rumple refusing to help? Regina’s VERY TWISTED scheme?

Contemplating doesn’t mean follow through! I really think Rumple will have learned his lesson. *I hope I hope I hope*

Do we think the episode that addresses Nealfire’s misdeeds is 18 with Pinocchio?
