Amazing how sick it sounds when you put it like that but that’s exactly what happened. Also, reaction to sneak peek: No, Mr.ruthless murderer pirate, you do not get to lecture a man who sacrificed himself for EVERYONE . SERIOUSLY, they are continuing to pretend like 3a did not exist (or 1 or 2)… they do themselves no favors by distancing themselves from THEIR OWN STORY THEY’VE ALREADY SHOWED.

I would hate for Emma to become Milah 2.0 although theoretically it would make sense if that was Hook’s intention. Hook has been mourning Milah’s death for at least a century, one kiss does not suddenly mean you move on, especially when you have been unhealthily obsessing over your lover’s death and the person who killed them. What if Hook saw traits of Milah in Emma (low self-esteem, the desire to “escape” reality) and now he is manoeuvring Emma into a position where she is beginning to take on more Milah traits (spending lots of time with Hook instead of her family) until eventually Hook becomes everything to Emma. The most worrying sign would be if Emma starts contemplating dyeing her hair brown.

When a couple starts to change so much to make a relationship work, I think the relationship is doomed to fail. Hook looks at Emma and thinks of the adventure they had together climbing the beanstalk. He told Emma then she’d make one heck of a pirate. Emma, by contrast, is looking for stability, for roots, and for belonging. She has said several times she can never just sit back and relax so long as she’s the savior, because something bad is constantly happening to her. That is why Emma so enjoyed her normal life with Henry in NYC–away from all the madness of Stroybrooke. She identifies the town as home now because that is where her mom and dad are located, but she still feels the weight of the world on her shoulders. She still is that reluctant savior of sorts. Even though she’s trying to reconcile with that role by trying to give everyone their happy ending, she still hinted in 3×12 that her idea of a happy ending was not being the savior.

To me, that is a big reason why Neal and Emma made so much more sense together than Emma and Hook ever did. Neal came to A Land Without Magic to escape “all that crap” that his dad put him through. Emma came her as an infant, without any choice in the matter, but as a result is used to our world. She and Neal were both so adapted to the real world that coming back into SB was sort of like culture shock. Emma and Neal were both in the element living in the Big City, doing a normal 9 to 5 job, and were happy. Emma had Henry. Neal had Tamara (before he discovered she was playing him). To me, it’s still a big thing that Emma chose to end up in Neal’s hometown due to a fire. Why write that in except to show how similar Emma and Neal were? To show that Emma and Neal’s concept of home was in sync, that their lives would’ve blended seamlessly together, whether in NYC or SB.

Hook by contact doesn’t fit in–either in NYC or SB. He’s not from this time. He’s never had cursed memories. I think Hook now is trying to become a modern man, to change how he dresses, to give up his ship, to give up his hook, but in doing so, he’s denying a big part of who he is. Even if he were to give up piracy once and for all, he’s always been a sailor, a migrant without roots. Colin said Hook was suppressing his pirate side to try and make the relationship work. IMO, you can’t forever deny a big part of you just to accommodate another person. That is why Hook and Emma are like oil and water. They just don’t mix well.

At this stage, Henry has actually moved out of Snow White’s apartment and into Regina’s house. Does Emma even notice he’s missing? I know Emma trusts Regina to look after Henry and all, but did Emma even have any reaction? Did she feel hurt that Henry decided to move out? Did she have anything to say to that whatsoever?!?

But how can you have ALL THE ACTION if you take time out to talk about the little emotional responses of your characters??

I never thought I’d see the day when Ms. Emma “I’m a mother” Swan would opt out of her maternal role to Henry to spend time with Hook. Emma Swan of season one, who put her entire life on hold for Henry, fell in love with her son. Emma Swan fought like heck to get back to her son in S2–even begged Hook to let her out of jail so she could return home to her son (which he refused). Emma Swan fought like heck to save Henry when he was kidnapped to NL. Hook offered his ship, but then did very little except kiss Emma–which only served as a distraction from her mission. Hook was pushing her so much to talk about that kiss that Emma had enough. She said if she had to choose, she’d choose Henry! Emma and Henry were living peacefully and wonderfully in NYC when Hook came knocking and woke her up from that dream. That’s right. Emma’s idea of happily ever after was living in the Big Apple and being a mom to Henry. She said she thought she and Henry had a pretty good thing going on such that she questioned even wanting to marry Walsh for the sake of preserving the happy duo she and Henry were.

Hook is not step-father material–he was teaching Emma’s kid to gamble, cheat, steal, and run away from home. Eddy Kitsis said in 2013 that Emma Swan wouldn’t look at Hook and think what a great dad he’d be. Old Emma would have seen the warning signs. But this “new” Emma? Emma really is morphing into Milha 2.0 so much that even if Hook told her that Milha was Neal’s mom who left her son, Emma probably would say “good idea. Let’s get your ship and runaway together.” This Emma can’t even sit down for 5 mins with her kid to discuss her new relationship with Hook. Whenever Emma tries to spend time with her son, Hook shows up, so I’m sure Henry will figure it out. He’s a smart kid. But Henry deserves to hear whatever is going on with Emma and Hook from his mother’s lips. At this stage, Henry has actually moved out of Snow White’s apartment and into Regina’s house. If that is your idea of what constitutes conversation between mother and son after so much tragedy (especially given that Emma thought it was for her…) then that’s really a mark of the show right there.

Actually i saw some quote from one interview, where questioned if Emma is not worried, bc Henry is missing bc he is on some adventure with Regina, JMo answer, was Emma is not worried in not seing much of hnery bc knows he is with Regina, so nothing can happen to him for me this points Milah 2.0, also in a recent interview Colin said that the reason why Cs is a fun couple is bc they are always in some adventure, chasing monsters, ogres and saving the world, he forgot to mention Henry, for me means that Cs and hnery wont have many scenes together also another rewritten, bc emma wanted a peacefull time, but now she wants adventure,  doesnt caring where her son is? like i said Milah 2.0., to make Cs they made a new Milah.
