ParticipantRemember that Rumpel as a Glinda doll in his shop… Maybe he turned her into a doll and now she’s free… And very pissed off… Hell hath no fury like a Good Witch scorned.
Oooooo, I like this!!

ParticipantI enjoy that David’s whole reaction to this is *head desk*
YES! I loved it because his reaction is sorta how I reacted when I found out they were gonna go back to even more Charmings vs EQ stuff. 😆

ParticipantCyrus being unconscious throughout the whole episode until the end. Seriously the wasted two frame shots on him.
Agreed. There wasn’t much I disliked about this ep, but the brief shots of Cyrus just felt really disconnected and pointless.
Alice’s father thinking it was all a dream when Alice wished him back home. I seriously hope he doesn’t doubt her when he sees her again!!!!!! UGH. That would be character development gone down the drain.
I do hope he believes her, but that scene came right after Will reminded Alice that wishes come with consequences, so something bad must come of it. Maybe her father will believe that it was real, and that wretch of a wife of his will have him committed to the nuthouse next. Or worse, perhaps she’ll arrange for him to accidentally on purpose die if he doesn’t shut up about WL and having to find a way to reconcile with Alice.
The Knave!!! – ‘You’ve been nothing but a right b******’ ‘Keys to Grannies, shes gonna be right pissed about that’ ‘Peanut…Stale peanut’ hahah I love him so much.
LOVED those lines! 😆 Pretty please can he make his way back to SB and end up on the main show.

ParticipantQuite possibly. Though when Chris Gorham was on set, people who were watching heard the crew calling him Henry, so perhaps they overheard her name as well? I prefer the identifiable costume evidence idea though. And I wanna seeeeeee.

ParticipantI know there are more little scenes of how these two just understand each other. That’s not to say she doesn’t have moments where they don’t see eye to eye, or that she doesn’t connect on some level with Hook (or Charming, Snow, or Regina for that matter) too but I am saying Neal and Emma have had several scenes showing they get each other in a very deep way.
Yes I agree. Their stories parallel each other to the extent that they *get* each other. They know what it’s like to grow up without a family and homeless, to loose hope (think about the scene in Bae’s cave when Emma just knew what the scratches on the wall meant because she did the same thing). Home and family are the most important things to them and it’s a concept they associate with each other, even years after the Tallahassee incident: she kept the car and the pendant; he kept the dreamcatcher.
WORD to all of that from both of you! KFC, I just went back to see what comments you were talking about. I know it’s subjective lens and all, but seriously, those instances you listed are pretty straightforward interpretations of scenes. Unless it’s just obvious to me because of my bias? But seriously, those interactions between them seem pretty obviously to be two people understanding each other IMO. So if people are saying, “There hasn’t been one scene on the show that showed Neal understands Emma well.” (direct comment from the tumblr post), then I just have to wonder if we’re even watching the same show, or if people are just choosing to deliberately ignore entire scenes.

ParticipantIt could well be that Jasmine’s father is the Sultan who replaced Jafar’s father, though I’d expect that the Jasmine/Aladdin story had played out earlier. But I guess we don’t really know how far before present day, (which runs concurrent with OUAT S2 present day) it was that Jafar took his father prisoner. Have they given any hints about that, or do we just have to guess based on how old the characters look? Could we maybe stretch it and say it could have possibly been up to 10 years between the time when Jafar took his father prisoner, and the present day stuff?
So, say about 11 years pre-Curse, Jasmine’s father took over ruling Agrabah, then she met Aladdin, and Jafar was hanging around making life difficult for them, (because Jasmine’s his cousin, her father is his uncle, and he just wants to screw with every royal in his family), then the Curse happened, and they didn’t necessarily get taken to SB, but time was still frozen, (I get the impression that’s the affect the Curse had on various lands, because otherwise how are Ana and Will still the same ages as each other). So they could still be in Agrabah in present day, and could be introduced at some point in OUAT. Or they did get taken to SB, and can be introduced at some point in OUAT. Either way works.
Eric did say he was gonna see Agrabah, and he didn’t seem to be talking about portal hopping, just regular traveling, but it’s not really conclusive, so Agrabah could have been in FTL and directly affected by the Curse (placing Jasmine and Aladdin in SB), or could have been somewhat removed. Either way though, perhaps that could be how they’ll introduce Jasmine and Aladdin in the future, if Eric met them if he ever did make it to Agrabah.

ParticipantMaybe all inhabitants of SB who were from the EF (or any other land) were just split and copied over to the EF. So hook and the others may not have been affected by the first curse, but they would be by this one. But that begs the question of why Emma isn’t there… Oh wait, no. Snow could be pregnant with Emma in the EF rather than the new Snowflake…
It could be possible, but I think there’d have to be some time travel involved? Because if even the previously un-Cursed are getting split and sent back, but just to a parallel point on the t-word, then shouldn’t Emma at the least still go back, because she was actually born in FTL? Maybe Henry wouldn’t, because he was born here? But if the split personalities did jump back in time to before Emma was born, then yeah, she and Henry wouldn’t be there. But then Neal shouldn’t be in FTL either, or Hook, because they were both in NL, and Neal was still a boy. But a straight split where they *poof* to a parallel point \on the t-word to our present day, then yeah, I could see Neal and Hook both being there. But I’m not sure that Emma shouldn’t be there too.
My head hurts.

ParticipantWell now I’m irritated and wanna slap someone in the costume department because I went to screencap the ring and it seriously looks like they used 3 different rings. Urgh.
Ring #1, when his mother gives it to him and dies…

Ring #2, the scene it cuts to immediately after, with Jafar at Alice’s father’s house (similar to the first one, but not sure that it’s an exact match)…

Ring #3, when Jafar holds out his hand for the Sultan (totally different markings)…

ParticipantDidn’t Jafar tell Mizra not to use magic? Does Mizra have magic? Or did I mis-hear the line?
“Save your father, Mirza, and fight me. No magic, just you and me and our bare hands, you remember what that’s like.” I think he was just saying, “Don’t worry, I won’t use magic, so it’ll be a fair fight.”
