Here’s a clearer shot of JMo’s right hand:

It actually looks like there might be a teeny tiny speck of something on her finger. But it’s nowhere near as prominent as in the promo screencap, so it’s more likely that I’m seeing things. Here’s another pic:

Hmmm, it does look like it could be a mole (nicely spotted), but here’s a screencap of Sonequa’s hand from Selfless, Brave and True, and no mole:

But then again, if Greg’s not in on it, she could still say “we” and make like Greg’s more involved than he is, and if he’s not there to hear her, then he’s still none the wiser and just keeps happily, unwittingly doing her bidding. It’s a more simple explanation if he’s in on it though. I just want him to come good in the end, so am hopeful he’s not fully evil.

Also, special effects scenes cost money, and if they’ve already shown the ship going down a portal before in The Crocodile, it’s redundant to waste time and money doing another scene that shows the same thing. And I’m guessing they’re saving the scene of the ship coming out of a portal for when they show Hook arriving in NL.

The script teases recently have been lines from sneak peeks and promos, so it would make sense to have them included in this thread too.

The more I think about it, the less I think Greg is merely a clueless pawn in Tamara’s game. If he’s present for the scene where Tamara tells Hook that they know how to kill magical beings, then he knows exactly what she’s up to.
I’m guessing it’s his hand on the dial of the shocking machine in the promo, and it would make sense if he wants to torture some truth about his father out of Regina. But I’m also guessing that machine will serve a purpose for Tamara’s stealing of magic too, (seems too coincidental that Tamara zaps magical beings and now we have Regina being zapped), and as I said, if Greg’s there for the convo with Hook, he knows how Tamara steals magic. So perhaps he’s in on the whole stealing magic thing, and it’s just a bonus that the method they use will be torture for Regina.
Or maybe Greg’s not there for the convo between Tamara and Hook, and they just edited the promo to make it look like he probably was. Frankly, I’d prefer this option.

Makes sense to me if it’s Emma holding the gun on Neal. The way I see it playing out…
Tamara roughs up Neal in the cannery, (for whatever reason)…
She’s about to shoot him when Emma bursts in…
They fight, Emma slams her, while Neal watches, (he’s crouched in the foreground of the body slam shot)…
Emma gets the gun, so then Tamara gives up and runs off…
Emma stalks over to Neal with the gun and demands to know the whole truth about Tamara.Emma doesn’t actually intend to shoot him, she just wants to make sure he knows she’s not *bleep*ing around, so whatever he knows, he’d better cough it up. This is in character, because she still doesn’t completely trust him, even though she wants to be able to.
As for the other shot of the hand on the dial, that’s gotta be Greg IMO.
